Our wonderful, highly rated Grotto has all the Christmas spirit you'll need to make some magical memories.
Meet jolly man himself and have a chat, take some photos and children receive a gift, small hot chocolate voucher for the Courtyard Café and reindeer dust to help the reindeer land on Christmas Eve.

Please note that we expect our phone lines to be extremely busy over the next few days. Please be patient as we try to take all of your bookings.
We also don't have an answering/queue system on our phone so it may sound like the phone is ringing out, this just means that our team are engaged and we would ask you to try again.

Tickets are £11.00 per child, prepayment required.
Please arrive at the time you are allocated as there is a very small waiting area. You are welcome to visit the zoo before your visit (Open from 10am until 3.30pm during December, zoo admission required).
