Ba Ba Baby Massage aims to teach parents the techniques and benefits of baby massage. The main benefits being:

• Interaction and bonding with your baby.
• Stimulation of all the vital systems.
• Relaxation and improved sleep patterns.
• Relief from colic, reflux and teething problems.

Classes are baby led from newborn to age 1. I teach under the guidance of the International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM). The origins of the techniques taught originate from Indian and Swedish Massage, reflexology and yoga.

The course runs in blocks of five weeks, allowing you to master the techniques confidently and learn a life long parenting skill, hopefully making some new friends along the way. Only the parent/caregiver will massage the baby, I will teach the strokes using a doll.

For each class I will provide towels, mats, cold-pressed oil, handouts, tea/coffee and snacks. I will also provide extra dolls should your baby be sleeping. Therefore, just bring yourself and your gorgeous baby. Do not worry if you are running a little late or are tired, everyone will be in the same boat and I can pour you a strong coffee if required!

Pre booking essential as classes fill up fast and I like to keep class sizes small.
