We offer outstanding opportunities for people experiencing long term physical or mental health issues, and social disadvantage to participate in a range of social and vocational activities that positively impact on health and wellbeing.

All our programmes are designed to enable participants to make a tangible contribution to their community and social enterprise projects.

Our programmes include gardening groups at our base in Lanark and at various NHS hospital sites, an exciting range of environmental volunteering opportunities, plus a natural cosmetic group, a community kitchen and a wood craft social enterprise.
