Cumbernauld Gymnastics Club is a purpose built facility in the Westfield Area of Cumbernauld. The gym boasts top of the range ‘Gymnova’ equipment.

Over the years the club has won many titles at national and international level with gymnasts competing in a range of competitions from regional Scottish Competitions to Commonwealth games.

The club has continued this success in recent times with gymnasts competing in every level of the sport from FIG to British Compulsory and Voluntary Levels with great results from every competition.

Pre Gym Classes

Our Pre Gym Classes are structured gymnastics classes for ages 4-5yrs.

These classes are instructed by qualified gymnastics instructors who teach children basics in gymnastics. This class is great to get children confident in the gymnastics environment along with learning some skills working on the floor and apparatus.

These classes run on:

Mon, Tues, Wed & Fri 3.30-4.15pm

Saturdays: 9.30-10.15am, 10.30-11.15am, 11.30-12.15am & 12.30-1.15pm

These classes are £5 per session. First 2 sessions you pay £5 on the day, to see how your child settles in. Thereafter classes are paid up front in blocks. These blocks usually run in conjunction with the school terms.

Mini Pre Gym Classes

Our Mini Pre Gym Classes are structured gymnastics classes for ages 3-5yrs.

These classes are instructed by qualified gymnastics instructors who teach children basics in gymnastics. This class is great to get children confident in the gymnastics environment along with learning some skills working on the floor and apparatus.

These classes are £5 per session. First 2 sessions you pay £5 on the day, to see how your child settles in. Thereafter classes are paid up front in blocks. These blocks usually run in conjunction with the school terms.

Recreation Classes

Cumbernauld Gymnastics Club's recreation classes are for children 6 years and over. These classes are structured in a way to build confidence within a sporting environment. This gives them a good grounding in gymnastics and even other sports. In this class we aim to teach gymnastics basic gymnastics skills on both floor and apparatus, giving them a feeling for the apparatus and building confidence in a safe and friendly environment.

Classes run on:
Mondays & Wednesdays: 4.30-5.30pm, 5.45-6.45pm and 7-8pm
Tuesdays & Fridays: 6.30-7.30pm
Thursdays: 4.30-5.30 & 5.30-6.30pm

These classes are £5.50 per session. The first 2 sessions you pay the single fee of £5.50 on the day to see how your child enjoys it. Thereafter, fees are paid up front in blocks. These usually run in conjunction with the school terms, usually 8-12 weeks.

Toddler Sessions

Cumbernauld Gymnastics Parent and Toddler Sessions run on Sundays 10am - Midday.

£1 per person entering the gym (Per parent and per child)

Toddler sessions are for children ages 4 and under. Guardians must be 16 or over.

In these sessions, guardians enter the gymnasium for an open play on gymnastics equipment and soft play stations set up and made as safe as possible for young children. We also have lots of toys for younger babies to keep them entertained. There will be a member of staff in the gym to help with any questions or assistance you may need.
