Glasgow Phoenix Ball Hockey Club is open to all abilities, recommend age is 14+. We have a junior set up, Glasgow Jr Firebirds Ball Hockey Club which is open to kids aged 5-15.

Ball hockey is an alternative sport to most major mainstream sports in Scotland/UK and has many GB opportunities. It is often described as ice hockey without the ice or roller hockey without the skates.

We train out of the Time Capsule in Coatbridge and play games in Dundee. We welcome train only and competitive players and offer first session free to ensure you enjoy the sport.

Equipment can be provided upon request.

We have a wide age range stretching from 5-45 with different training sessions for our junior and senior team.
