A fun, engaging activity that encourages creativity through carefully planned activities.

Splat Messy Play have been providing children's messy play classes, parties and events all over the UK to thousands of babies, toddlers and children since 2009.

Our weekly classes provide a fun, engaging, free play class for little ones. Each week we have a range of different activities for children to try out to help develop their creative side. We provide a safe environment where children can explore the different sights, sounds and textures of each of the activities at their own pace. We know that not all children love getting messy which is why we provide a carefully planned balance of activities to ensure children can start with an activity they feel comfortable with and as they become more confident explore some of the messier activities. For those that love getting messy then we provide an environment where they can do this without you having to worry about the cleaning up!

Our classes are designed for children age approx. 6 months to 5 years. We accept all age groups within the same class meaning this is an ideal activity for siblings to enjoy together. Younger children also get the benefit of watching and learning from the older children whilst the older children love the fact that they can teach the younger children what to do.

The activities are carefully chosen each week to promote the development of Fine Motor Skills, encourage the development of hand eye co-ordination and motivate children to use and expand on their communication skills.

The class provides an opportunity for parents/carers to connect with other parents in the local area and provides an opportunity for you to allow your little one to experience a fully immersive messy play experience without worrying about the clean up afterwards.
