Quireboys founder Spike to headline Wildfire Festival
The sound of Quireboys classic hits will be reverberating round the Scottish mountains on Saturday 24th June, as Wildfire confirms that Quireboys founder Spike will headline this summer's festival!

A charismatic and captivating showman, Spike will perform his classic Quireboys hits along with songs from his solo albums. For his headline festival slot, Spike will be joined by special guest Chris Heilmann and will be raising money and awareness for ‘Care After Combat’ a charity Spike has supported over the last 12-months.
Now in its 11th year, Wildfire Festival has established a nationwide reputation for leading the way in breaking a new generation of rock and metal talent, whilst also recognising some of the genre’s greats. As well as being a festival launchpad for rising Scottish bands, the festival now attracts a loyal international audience for the annual event, hosted at Wanlockhead Scotland.
Great Music Stories Radio which sponsors the mainstage at Wildfire Festival brokered the opportunity between Spike and Wildfire, following the station’s close connection with both parties over the last decade.
