With multiple live music, theatre, comedy and literary events, the festival invites nationally known performers and local and regional groups to participate in a range of venues throughout the town.
The Biggar Day Out on Sunday 22nd October is a popular family event with Food and Craft Fair, Children’s activities including the ever popular Story Trail, music in the street and Open Mic at the Corn Exchange. High Street shops have special opening times and many of their windows are filled with the schools’ Street Art exhibition.
The area around Biggar has long attracted artists, makers and crafts people.
The extensive Biggar Little Festival Art Trail offers an opportunity to discover their work whilst exploring their inspirational surroundings.
