About Pyrography Workshop

Our 4.5 hr sessions are designed to be a fun opportunity for anyone who may be thinking about taking up pyrography as a hobby or those looking to further develop their pyrography skills and projects.

Our sessions are designed for complete beginner through to experienced pyrographer. You can attend as a one off in which we will cover the basics:

• The safe use of pyrography machines
• Transferring images
• Choosing and experimenting with different wood types
• Exploring pyrography pen tips
• Designing and burning your own piece

Following this you can then book onto further sessions to work on specific pyro projects and develop additional skills such as;

• Composition and perspective in pyrography
• Lighting, highlights, and shadows- introducing paints or colours.
• Designing and creating your own scene/landscape piece, people portraits, animals, buildings
• Fixing, protecting, and finishing

Please note lunch is not included but breaks for tea and cake is an absolute!

Cancellations: £15 of your payment will be a non-refundable deposit however if the session is cancelled due to covid regulations or weather warnings your payment will be fully refunded. If you need to cancel, we will refund up until two weeks prior to allow us to fill your space.
