Deep relaxation is the theme of this 90-minute class. Using a variety of props we aim to still the mind and soothe the body through the practice of yoga. Welcome to the ultimate Friday Night In experience.
Restorative yoga:

• Supports nervous system function
• Relaxes tension within the body
• Encourages the mind to switch off
• Releases stress
This class is for those who need to make more time for themselves, to unwind and to switch off. It's a Friday Night In where you can tend to your own wellbeing in a safe and nurturing space.
All props are provided, you only need to bring a mat and a couple of blankets.
This is a 90-minute yoga class aimed at complete relaxation. After class there will be time for a cup of tea, some home-baking and a chat.
