About Santa’s Grotto
Visit our magical grotto and get the opportunity to speak with the main man himself ahead of the big day on 25th December.
Ticket price includes a special gift from Santa. Please ensure that you select the correct age range at the time of booking to allow the elves to arrange the correct presents for our visitors!
We kindly ask that you arrive within your allocated time slot at which point you will join the queue to enter the grotto. Santa will spend approximately 10 minutes with each booking. A valid ticket must be presented for all individuals wishing to enter the grotto.
Refunds will only be given in the case of event cancellation.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
