You are invited to a beautiful wellbeing retreat focusing on releasing and letting go. We will be working with the breath throughout the day and you will have the opportunity to practice several yogic breathing techniques to calm and centre the mind, to soothe the body and to prepare for relaxation.
Our morning yoga session will be a Slow Flow Yoga session exploring movement linked with the breath. Using carefully selected essential oils our practice will be enhanced to boost immunity, support wellbeing and encourage a release of all that no longer serves us. The afternoon session offers the chance to indulge in long-held postures of yin yoga as we work to renew our inner strength and connection. Finally our afternoon will come to an end with a guided Yoga Nidra to leave you feeling reset and restored.
