Together, you will explore wild plants growing in their natural habitat, learn how to safely identify and harvest seasonal herbs, greens, and edible weeds - all while honouring the land's magic and wisdom. The class lasts two hours and ends with tasty wild food nibbles to enjoy.
Reconnect with nature, learn new skills and taste the wild!
What's included:
A guided walk in nature
Hands-on plant identification
Tips on sustainable and safe harvesting
Tasty wild nibbles at the end!
What to wear/bring:
comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing
sturdy walking shoes
suncream and insect repellent
basket/bag to collect forageables
gardening gloves and scissors
