Biggar Day Out

Biggar Little Festival pulls out all the stops for its biggest and best day out ever... Biggar Day Out on Sunday 20th October!

Biggar Day Out

About Biggar Day Out

With Street Entertainment from Drumming Hands and the Biggar Pipe Band, the Craft Fair in the Municipal Hall, a dedicated Children’s Zone in St Mary’s Hall with Face Painting and games led by the Act About Theatre Company, Rocket Making at the Gillesie Centre, free guided tours at the Biggar Puppet Theatre and Open Mic at the Corn Exchange, there is something for everyone.

Following the celebratory Festival Service at Biggar Kirk, you can take a Graveyard Walk with Biggar Creatives, then head to the Biggar Museum to meet up and join the Silent Disco.

Little ones - with their parents - can dress up and join the Biggar Storytellers for the Jack and the Biggarflum Tree Story Trail departing from the Atkinson Price Bookshop.

Bring an instrument or just your voice and step up to the stage in the Corn Exchange at the Open Mic or join in with the Drumming Hands at Arcadia Music Cafe.
