The always popular Dr. Bunhead is back with a BANG! Come along to see an explosive show full of fun or join him for a night of ‘grown-up’ improvised comedy.
Get a sneak peek behind the scenes of the Pizza Oven company Ooni. Learn about product design and engineering during the day; then join us for an evening show with Ooni engineers to learn more about the science of pizza making. Finish by testing some freshly cooked pizza!
Think Science! will he with their Science or Magic show... Heads or tails? Is it your 'birthdays' today? How heavy is air? Watch out for that bucket of water and all those eggs and jaggy nails!
The fantastic team from Clydesdale Astronomy are back to guide us through the night sky.
We have robotics and engineering workshops to challenge and inspire you. Geologists to delve below the Earth’s surface and gold panning where you can take home what you find! The library will be buzzing with excitement for the little ones with a science-themed Book Bug session, Lego robotics and a digital design and construction club.
As always, there will be fantastic drop-in sessions throughout the day including Glasgow Science Centre, Moredun disease detectives, Edinburgh Neuroscience, Dementia Research Institute, Biggar Area Climate Care and Endeavour Rockets amongst others.
