Greening Camglen network are delighted to be part of the Scottish Mental Health Arts Festival.
This year's theme is 'Gather' and aims to promote positive attitudes towards mental health, mental illness, support and recovery. And to effect significant culture change through the insights and influences of creative arts.
Join us at Overtoun Park, Rutherglen, Mon 16 May, 11am-3pm, for some amazing activities. From a Mindfulness walk, to a silent disco, yoga, creative arts & more. There's also a wee cup of tea on offer!

11am - A Mindfulness Walk
1pm-3pm - John Muir Event
11am-3pm - Silent Disco with music or poetry
1pm - Outside Yoga session with Lorraine
12pm-1pm - Creative Community taster session
Ongoing - A Mindful cup of tea
And more! A light lunch will be provided on a first come first serve basis from noon!
