About In Your Element Qigong Workshop
Qigong, an ancient art that harnesses the power of breath, movement, intention setting and meditation, to create health and balance within the body.
To prepare for the coming winter it’s important to spend time building up energy (Qi) inside your lungs (or your metal element as it is known in Chinese medicine). Draw from the storehouse of energy you’ve harvested from summer, fortify your lungs and body for the colder, shorter days ahead.
In this workshop you will learn how to work with your energetic system and master your Qi, your life force.
