Each session lasts 2 hours and consists of a low intensity walk, a nature-based or mindfulness activity and then we get the camping kettle fired up for a hot drink.

Cumbernauld Community Park
Colzium Estate
Palacerigg Country Park
Ravenswood Local Nature Reserve
Broadwood Loch
Participants must be over 18 and be able to sustain a general level of physical activity for the 2 hours that we will be out.
