UK NORDIC WALKING CHAMPIONSHIPS
10:00 – Men's & Women's Walk – 10 km
14:40 – Kids Walk (1–9 y/o) – 300 m
15:00 – Men's & Women's Walk – 5 km
15:10 – Youth Walk (10–15 y/o) – 2.5 km

AUTUMN FUN RUN
12:00 – 5 km Run (Adults)

KIDS AUTUMN FUN RUN
13:00 – Boys (12–15 y/o) – 1 km
13:15 – Girls (12–15 y/o) – 1 km
13:30 – Boys (9–11 y/o) – 600 m
13:45 – Girls (9–11 y/o) – 600 m
14:00 – Boys (6–8 y/o) – 300 m
14:10 – Girls (6–8 y/o) – 300 m
14:20 – Children under 5 – 100 m

NORDIC WALKING FOR EVERYONE
⏳ 10:30 AM - 14:30 PM

FREE CLASSES WITH AN INSTRUCTOR
learning how to properly walk with Nordic walking poles (suitable for children)

REGISTRATION
Register via www.muirhouse.community
or on-site from 8:30 to 9:30 AM (Event Tent in front of the Park).

Race numbers & starter packs issued from 9:00 AM.

PARTICIPATION FOR FREE
For youth up to 15 years of age

Everyone who completes the run or walk will receive a commemorative medal at the finish line

There are prizes, statuettes and cups waiting for the best.
