Learn willow weaving techniques that have been used in Scotland and throughout Europe for hundreds of years, and make a beautiful willow basket to take home.
Led by artist and forager Max Johnson, this workshop is suitable for beginners. With all materials and equipment provided.
Please note that the same workshop will be offered on both days, so please choose either a Saturday or Sunday session.
On the day
All materials and equipment will be provided.
The workshop will run 10:30 - 16:30, with a one-hour break for lunch. Lunch is not provided, however you are welcome to visit the museum café or bring a picnic to eat outdoors.
Water, tea and coffee will be provided at the start of the workshop.
Suitable for ages 16+.
