A typical training session focuses on improving your stamina, strength, flexibility and co-ordination in addition to basic self-defence, giving you a full body workout. Its mix of cardiovascular exercise and explosive kicking and punching combinations targets stamina, core strength, flexibility and co-ordination.
Feeling better physically means you feel better psychologically - you feel less tired, have more energy. You do not have to be fit to join, but your fitness will definitely improve with regular classes.
The classes run on a Monday and Thursday evening in the Ravenscraig Regional Sports Facility from 7pm til 8pm. You are more than welcome to come along and try out a class or two free and with no obligation to join. We look forward to seeing you!
