Join our Community Wellness Day team for a day of rest, movement, learning and making connections.

Activities for children and adults.

10am-10.45am - MAYA Yoga for Children with Anna Whyte
11am-11.45am - Creative Music Making with Clare Cushing

Both classes are suitable for children of P3-P7 age. No previous musical or yoga experience is required.

1.30pm-2.45pm - Introduction to Mindfulness and Mindful Movement with Anna Whyte
Suitable for adults of all ages and mobility levels.
3pm - 3.45pm - Introduction to Rapid Transformational Therapy with Christian Whyte

4pm-4.45pm - Guy Health, Human Microbiomes and Why Should We Care About Them - Talk with Dr Sheena Fraser

5pm - 7pm - Yoga and Restorative Sound Bath with Mark Russell
