About 1 Day Spiritual Retreat - Element of Earth Retreat
At this EARTH Element based retreat day you will immerse yourself in the beautiful natural surroundings at one of Lanarkshire's most stunning venues, Chatelherault Country Park. Utilising the element of Earth, you will experience a deep connection to world around you.
The day will commence with a beautiful nature walk which will take you on a spiritual journey into the lush forest which will include meditations and grounding work, excellent for releasing old stagnant energy, stresses and anxieties. Using nature as a meditative tool will enable you to go deeper and experience a feeling of calm in your soul.
In the historic venue you will also have exclusive use of the private parterre which will be used for bare foot grounding work in the nutrient rich soil (proven to have health benefits). Connecting with the trees, plants and earth will leave you feeling completely loved, lighter and re-energized.
Itinerary will include:
Connecting to nature immersive walk in lush forrest - Forrest Meditations
Saging Ceremony
Grounding meditations
Chord cutting and releasing old energy
Relaxation singing bowl meditations
Chakra balancing medtations
Working with Earth Angels to help us every day & with manifesting for the year ahead
Angel card messages for each attendee
Finished off with a little surprise to warm you up on the cold winter month *information to follow
The ticket price includes a breakfast of tea/coffee, scones and fruit followed by a delicious healthy lunch of soup & sandwiches with water provided throughout the day.
*Please note that sales for the January Mother Earth Retreat will close on 23rd December due to deadlines for catering over the festive period so please book early to avoid disappointment.
