At this AIR Element based retreat day you will immerse yourself in the beautiful natural surroundings at one of Lanarkshire's most stunning venues, Chatelherault Country Park. Utilising the element of Air, you will experience a deep connection to the 'Giver of Life'...
The day will commence with a beautiful nature walk which will take you on a spiritual journey into the lush forest which will include air meditations using the wind, trees and sounds around us. Excellent for breath work and the importance of taking time to use it to invite calm, peace & positive energy into the body. Using nature as a meditative tool will enable you to go deeper and experience a feeling of calm in your soul.
In the historic venue you will also have exclusive use of the private parterre which will be used for bare foot grounding work in the nutrient rich soil (proven to have health benefits).Connecting with the trees, plants and earth will leave you feeling completely loved, lighter and re-energized.
Itinerary will include:
Nature walk to connect with the element of wind & air
Saging Ceremony
White light powerful breathe meditations
Opening Heart Chakra meditations associated with the element of Air
Relaxation singing bowl meditations with essential oils to breath in deeply for extra relaxtion
High Vibrational music meditation with shamanic drum music to connect with your spirit guide
Angel card messages for each attendee
Finished off with a little surprise to warm you up on the cold winter month *information to follow
The ticket price includes a breakfast of tea/coffee, scones and fruit followed by a delicious healthy lunch of soup & sandwiches with water provided throughout the day.
