Hi, I’m Joe and I am a therapist and breathwork coach.
I have found breathwork immensely helpful in reducing anxiety and boosting my mood. These days, our brains are often over stimulated with information. It’s easy to feel disconnected from our bodies and drop into lower moods. A breathwork session can proved the chance to realign our physical, mental and emotional selves to come back into balance.
I invite you to come and enjoy a fabulous experience in the magical setting of Kelburn, on the North Ayrshire coast!
You will experience a deep and transcendent breathwork session, allowing you to align with your body and alter your biochemistry to improve energy, mood and overall health. I will lead a brief meditation session to help integrate the energies arising from the breathwork.
A short hike up the majestic Never-Ending Glen leads to natural pools, carved out by the waterfalls of the river Kel. Here you will connect with the power of nature – immersing and invigorating your body in the flowing waters.
We close out the day with a campfire ceremony of release and renewal (weather permitting)!
Reset your body, calm your mind and nourish your soul!
