Through gentle, flowing movements, you'll release tension, improve flexibility, and find deep relaxation in a peaceful environment. It’s the perfect way to unwind and refresh your body and mind on a serene Sunday morning.
Whether you're a complete beginner or simply looking to try something new, this workshop is designed for all.
Join us for two hours of mindful movement and leave feeling rejuvenated. No prior Pilates experience is required—just bring yourself and a desire to relax and feel good!
