About Facial Rejuvenation & Meditation
Get the GLOW... in this event you will be gently guided on performing your own FACE YOGA routine, incorporating acupressure techniques, toning exercises and soothing FACIAL MASSAGE moves to rejuvenate your facial muscles.
We will then mix up our own nourishing DIY AROMATIC face mask harnessing the theraputic benefits of natural ingredients to give our skin the love it deserves. As the mask works its wonders we'll settle in for a soothing guided meditation. Allow yourself to unwind, relax, and let go of any tension as you sink into a state of pure bliss.
Come as you are, leave feeling refreshed, revitalised, and radiant from the inside out. See you there!
