A workshop run over two half days to bridge the gap between conscious and subconscious worlds.
About Science Meets Spirituality Workshop
To help you enter into a place of deep trust with creating the life you're aligned with, shining your authentic light and doing it with confidence. All through energetic alchemy (which sounds way fancier than it is).
This two day workshop will leave you centred with some grounded knowledge that translates all the spiritual practices into real-life experiences. It'll help remove the blocks you've subconsciously put in place that are preventing you from experiencing your own abundance. Topics included in the workshop are:
* The nervous system and its importance
* A variation of tangible ways to regulate the nervous system
* Reminder of energy, matter, and frequency
* Re-framing polarity and duality.
* An entire section dedicated to the heart space, vulnerability, self worth, and fear of non acceptance
* The self as pure awareness
* The quantum field, source, and different dimensions
* The science behind manifestation and some caveats
* Stuck in wishing mode
* Ruminating about the past and attachment to what the future might hold
* Where religious texts and spiritual practices fit into quantum science
You'll receive a booklet to accompany the course
