 
As the leaves fall and the light softens, this is your invitation to do the same.
Join me for an evening of pure rest — a candlelit restorative yoga class designed to help you slow down, soften, and let go. Inspired by the metal element in Traditional Chinese Medicine, we’ll work gently with the lungs and breath, creating space to release what you no longer need — physically, emotionally, and energetically.
• Gentle, supported yoga postures using props and blankets
• Breath-led practices to help you exhale deeply
• Seasonal reflection to support emotional clarity
• A closing guided rest to leave you feeling light and grounded
This isn’t about doing — it’s about undoing. Come as you are, and allow yourself to be held in stillness.
Spaces are limited to keep the session quiet and cosy — booking early is recommended.
Please note that this class is 90-minutes in length. Following the class you are welcome to stay for a cup of tea, some home baking and a chat.
