Allow yourself to be swept away into the magic of the present moment, as you are guided through a creative and fun yoga sequence.
Link the breath to your movements as we work through poses to help us connect with our own inner magic flowing through standing poses to build strength, seated poses to improve courage and reclining positions to embrace joy.
The class will wind down to a Halloween themed Yoga Nidra, encouraging you to settle into deep relaxation.
Grab your wand, dress up if you’d like and enjoy a little bit of light-hearted Halloween fun by immersing yourself in this unique yoga experience.
