We are a social enterprise in Motherwell that offers a range of services in our local community. The income that we generate by running exercise classes and workshops from The Studio allow us to deliver classes, mindfulness, complimentary therapies and befriending support to local individuals and communities in need.

Our classes and workshops are suitable for everyone from complete beginners through to advanced practitioners. Our fantastic team of teachers will ensure that whatever stage you're at, that you will love our classes and leave feeling rejuvintated and revitalised.
