Not only do we have 16 amazing stalls for you to browse, and therapies for you to try, we also have a fantastic line up speakers for you at the event all helping you with your health and wellbeing needs.

Lisa Roy Health & Pilates - I will be kicking off with the importance of your posture to improvise your aches and pains, digestion, breathing and confidence.

Jo Martin PT & Nutrition Coach who will be speaking to you about how to future proof your body.

Orka Living - who will be helping you to declutter and create calm.

Pelvic & Core Physiotherapy- Caroline Callister who will be speaking to you about how to improve your core and pelvic floor fitness.

Fairlins Holistic Therapies - Linsey Fairlie who will confirm with me very soon her topic, but I am sure it will be all things holistic.

Beyoutiful Aesthetics - Lisa Gordon will be bringing to you information about her local menopause cafe and all the great work happening there.

Stormcloud Alpacas- Michelle Cloggie will be speaking to you about her Alpacas and the wonderful charity work she is doing.

Leah at Beyond Balance - Leah Hepburn will be taking you on a mindful walk. These will be scheduled outside in the garden. (More info to come soon).
