About Julie Keys Antenatal Bumps Class
No matter your birth plans or previous birthing experiences, this class is perfect for those seeking tools and techniques for an empowering birthing journey. Combining the best elements of traditional antenatal education, hypnobirthing, active birth, and movement, this class offers a blend of education, relaxation, support, and community.
Throughout the 6-week term, we'll delve into:
• Birth options
• Understanding your body
• Natural pain management (including breathing & self-hypnosis)
• Birth hormones
• Active birth strategies
• Birth planning
• Physiological and assisted birth
• Induction
• Weekly relaxation sessions
Our class fosters a safe and friendly environment to address any questions, no matter how small you may think they are. It's a chance to connect with other women at various stages of pregnancy and enjoy the journey together. Each class has its own WhatsApp group, and you're welcome to join our private Facebook group too.
