About 1 Day Spiritual Retreat - Element of Fire Retreat
At this FIRE Element based retreat day you will immerse yourself in the beautiful natural surroundings at one of Lanarkshire's most stunning venues, Chatelherault Country Park. Utilising the element of FIRE, you will experience its wonderful positive energy with healing & relaxation health benefits.
The day will commence with a beautiful nature walk which will take you on a spiritual journey into the lush forest which will include sun meditations feeling the energy penetrating your body, invigorating every cell. Imagining the strength & power of the sun and using it to manifest your goals and dreams. You will then go indoors to a beautiful candle & fairy light lit room, with lights & sounds creating a warm ambient atmosphere in which to begin...
A wonderful Fire Pit Ceremony will take place in a privately accessed area exclusive to attendees for this wonderful event.
In the historic venue you will also have exclusive use of the private parterre which will be used for bare foot grounding work in the nutrient rich soil (proven to have health benefits).Connecting with the trees, plants and earth will leave you feeling completely loved, lighter and re-energized.
Itinerary will include:
Flame Meditation with candles for manifesting your dreams & desires (proven to improve creativity & boost relaxation for the mental state)
Crystal & Chakra work with Angelic Reiki healing
Using 'magic candles' for specific outcomes
Saging Ceremony
Journalling
Chord cutting and relasing old energy with flame to ignite passion for life within
Fire Pit Ceremony for letting go of the old & inviting in the new
Angel card messages for each attendee
Relaxation singing bowl meditation to cosy up & relax
Finished off with a little surprise to warm you up on the cold winter month *information to follow
The ticket price includes a breakfast of tea/coffee, scones and fruit followed by a delicious healthy lunch of soup & sandwiches with water provided throughout the day.
