You will have the opportunity to experience tailored Yoga sessions of various styles reflective of the time of day. Guided meditation and breathwork sessions combined with time to reflect and be introduced to the power of journaling will prepare you for the calm of the evening Letting Go -Fire Pit Ceremony and the morning endorphin inducing rush of the Ice Bath Experience.
